目的 探讨EEG在诊断新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)中的作用.方法将围生期有窒息史的78例患儿按照临床表现分为两组:新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病组和无新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病组,并对每个病例做EEG检查后将结果进行比较分析.结果新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病组EEG全部异常,非新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病组仅2例异常;EEG诊断新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的灵敏度为100%,特异度为95%,阳性预测值为95%,阴性预测值为100%.结
