应用常规骨髓穿刺,选取骨髓小粒作成展片和切片.在展片上除能作骨髓细胞分类计数外,还能观察骨髓微环境(BMM)的各种细胞形态;通过骨髓小粒切片能显示其中的组织结构。研究结果提供了正常BMM的形态学特征和骨髓小粒组织学特征,以作为临床疾病诊断的基础。
Application of bone marrow puncture, select the bone marrow pellets as a piece and slice in addition to the pieces of bone marrow cells can be classified in the classification, but also to observe the bone marrow microenvironment (BMM) of the various cell morphology; bone marrow slices can be displayed by the organization structure. The results provide morphological features and histomorphologic features of normal BMM as a basis for the diagnosis of clinical disease.
