目的观察900 MHz拟手机电磁辐射对大鼠卵巢组织形态和功能的影响。方法 20只SD雌性大鼠随机分正常组和辐射组,每组10只。正常组置辐射箱中不接受辐射,辐射组每天暴露于900 MHz手机辐射源4 h连续30 d,阴道涂片显示动情期处死大鼠。采用放射免疫法检测大鼠血清睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)含量,HE染色观察卵巢组织形态变化。结果辐射组大鼠血清E2水平较正常组显著降低(P<0.05),而血清T含量无显著差异(P>0.05)。与正常组相比,辐射组大鼠卵泡和黄体直径均小于正常组,颗粒细胞层数和数量减少。结论 900 MHz拟手机电磁辐射可影响大鼠卵巢形态和功能,损伤雌性大鼠生殖功能。
Objective To observe the effect of 900 MHz artificial hand-held electromagnetic radiation on the morphology and function of ovarian tissue in rats. Methods Twenty SD female rats were randomly divided into normal group and radiation group, with 10 rats in each group. Radiation was not received in the normal configuration of the radiation box, the radiation group daily exposure to 900 MHz mobile phone radiation source for 4 consecutive days 30d, vaginal smear showed rats were killed during estrus. Serum testosterone (T) and estradiol (E2) levels were measured by radioimmunoassay. Morphological changes of ovarian tissue were observed by HE staining. Results Serum E2 level in the radiation group was significantly lower than that in the normal group (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference in the serum T level (P> 0.05). Compared with the normal group, the diameter of the follicle and the corpus luteum in the radiation group was smaller than that in the normal group, and the number and number of granulosa cells were decreased. Conclusion Electromagnetic radiation of 900 MHz proposed handphone can affect ovary morphology and function of rats and impair the reproductive function of female rats.
