The TST-1G Universal CNC Thread Grinder from TRIB, UK, includes an electronic pitch generation system and an electronic thread clearance removal system for accurate thread grinding in both directions. Complete machining of inside and outside diameters, facets, grooving and precision threading in one machine cycle time to produce parts with high precision in terms of size, concentricity and squareness. The machine is operated by a CBN mechanism that produces a maximum external thread diameter of up to 200 mm and a maximum weight of 100 kg for parts up to 200 mm and 300 mm respectively with a thread pitch of up to 99.9 mm and a maximum spiral angle of ± 15 °.
