以低黏度EP(环氧树脂)为基体树脂、核/壳型橡胶为增韧剂、高强度玻璃微珠为填充料和混合胺为固化剂,制备了PMI(聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺)泡沫材料夹层结构件的拼接和补强用低密度双组分糊状胶粘剂。结果表明:该胶粘剂在密度、耐热性、力学性能和工艺性能上获得了较好的平衡,其密度为0.50 g/cm3,其铝合金胶接件的常温剪切强度超过15.0 MPa,常温本体压缩强度超过40.0 MPa,PMI泡沫材料拼接件的平面拉伸强度超过了3.0 MPa;该胶粘剂满足常温可凝胶拼接定型、中温(120℃)和高温(175℃)均可固化成型的工艺特性,目前已在EP预浸料-PMI泡沫材料夹层结构件的热压罐成型工艺中获得了成功应用。
PMI (polymethacrylimide) was prepared by using low viscosity EP (epoxy resin) as base resin, core / shell rubber as toughening agent, high strength glass beads as filler and mixed amine as curing agent, Foam sandwich structure splicing and reinforcement with low-density two-component paste adhesive. The results show that the adhesive has a good balance of density, heat resistance, mechanical properties and process properties. The density of the adhesive is 0.50 g / cm3. The compressive strength exceeds 40.0 MPa, the tensile strength of PMI foamed material splicing parts exceeds 3.0 MPa. The adhesive can meet the process characteristics that the gel can be spliced at room temperature and solidified at medium temperature (120 ℃) and high temperature (175 ℃) At present, it has been successfully applied in the autoclave forming process of the EP prepreg-PMI foam sandwich structure.
