目的:考察厚朴与远志配伍对胃肠道消化液分泌及其酶活性的影响。方法:采用幽门结扎法收集大鼠胃液,检测厚朴与远志单品以及二者配伍1:1、1:2、1:3组的胃液含量及胃酸;并采用分光光度法检测各给药组对大鼠胃蛋白酶、胰蛋白酶的影响。结果:①单味远志组能显著减少胃液分泌,降低胃液酸度,并能显著抑制胃蛋白酶活性,对胰蛋白酶活性影响不显著。②与远志组比较,单味厚朴组、远志与厚朴配伍1:2组能显著增加胃液分泌,提高胃液酸度,其中配伍1:2、1:3组有增加胰蛋白酶活性的作用趋势,但无显著性差异。③单味厚朴,厚朴与远志各配比组均能显著抑制胃蛋白酶活性。结论:单味远志能显著抑制消化功能,而当与厚朴配伍,尤其两倍于远志(即远志与厚朴1:2)时,能显著降低远志的消化功能抑制作用。提示临床使用远志,宜与2倍量厚朴配伍,以保护消化功能。
Objective: To investigate the effects of compatibility of Magnolia officinalis and Polygala on digestive juice secretion and enzyme activity of gastrointestinal tract. Methods: The gastric juice was collected by the pylorus ligation method. The contents of gastric juice and gastric acid in Magnolia officinalis and Polygala tenuifolia and their compatibility with 1: 1, 1: 2 and 1: 3 groups were detected. Effects on pepsin and trypsin in rats. Results: (1) Single flavor Polygala group can significantly reduce gastric secretion, reduce gastric acidity, and can significantly inhibit the activity of pepsin, trypsin activity was not significant. ②Compared with Polygala group, compatibility of Magnolia officinalis group, Polygala tenuifolia and Magnolia officinalis group 1: 2 group could significantly increase gastric secretion and increase acidity of gastric juice, compatibility of 1: 2 and 1: 3 groups had the effect of increasing trypsin activity, But no significant difference. ③ Monosodium glutamate, Magnolia officinalis and Polygala different ratio of each group can significantly inhibit pepsin activity. Conclusion: Polygala tenuifolia will significantly inhibit the digestive function, and when combined with Magnolia officinalis, especially twice in Polygalaceae (Polygalaceae and Magnolia 1: 2), can significantly reduce Polygalaceae digestive function inhibition. Tip Polygala clinical use, should be 2 times the amount of Magnolia compatibility, in order to protect the digestive function.
