Introduction: High Hydrostatic Pressure (HHP) appears to be an altemative method for food preservation.Compatibility between packaging and high-pressure treatment has been largely neglected, although it is clear that the packaging is a key factor to preserve the qualities of raw food.The objective of present study is to investigate the effect of packaging materials on the quality of strawberry juice treated by HHP.
