Fritillaria wabuensis (Liliaceae) is a newly developed resource of genus Fritillaria for additional source plant of Chuan Bei Mu in the China Pharmacopoeia of 2010 version.In our study, the chloroplast genome of F.wabuensis was completely assembled from the data produced by the Pacbio RS platform.
