Surface acoustic wave bio-sensor,with advantages of simple structure,low power consumption,ease of integration and can be standardized production,etc.,has great potential in basic research in biochemistry,environmental monitoring and clinical diagnostics and other fields.Compared to other biological sensors,it wont be effected by color,viscosity or other factors of the sample,but also can monitor the biomolecular interactions in real time.This paper presents a new liquid phase delay line SAW biosensor for the detection of tumor marker protein.To achieve automatic detection,a microfluidic autosampler system was constructed.As shown in Figure 1,A is the dual-channel delay line SAW device surface structure; B is the injection system for PDMS microfluidics structure.Its working principle is shown in Figure 2,Syringe Pump controls injection and washing.On one hand,microfluidics chip is designed to protect the IDTs on SAW device,on the other hand,it could realize the automatic quantitative sampling,providing a guarantee to achieve high sensitivity detection of bio-sensing.PDMS was selected as the material of the microfluidic chip.which has good biocompatibility and selection process performance.To avoid the stress influence,replication compression molding process was used to complete PDMS microfluidic chip processing.
