目的分析复方口服避孕药的非避孕性应用情况。方法回顾性分析我院门诊2010年6月1日至9月1日之间使用复方口服避孕药的处方,根据国际疾病分类ICD-10统计临床诊断。结果非避孕性诊断处方占本次分析处方的95.5%,避孕处方仅占4.5%;含不同类型孕激素的药物其非避孕性应用方面既有相似性,又有各自的特点。结论非避孕性应用是我院门诊使用复方口服避孕药的主要目的;促进临床合理使用复方口服避孕药,需正确评估其非避孕性应用。 Objective To analyze the non-contraceptive use of compound oral contraceptives. Methods The prescriptions of compound oral contraceptives in our clinic from June 1, 2010 to September 1, 2010 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the international ICD-10 statistical clinical diagnosis. Results Non-contraceptive prescriptions accounted for 95.5% of the prescriptions in this analysis, while contraceptive prescriptions accounted for only 4.5%. The drugs containing different types of progestins had similarities and their own characteristics in non-contraceptive use. Conclusion Non-contraceptive use is the main purpose of using compound oral contraceptives in outpatient department of our hospital. To promote the rational use of compound oral contraceptives clinically, we must correctly evaluate its non-contraceptive use.
