  This paper studied the effects of Se-enriched yeast that cultivated in YEPD medium supplemented with selenoarginine (ASe),which synthesized in our laboratory,on both antioxidant properties and immune functions in mice with CC14-induced liver injury.The cooperation action of selenium and vitamin E was also tested.Materials and Methods Mice were given Se-enriched yeast or/and vitamin E according to DRI (Dietary Reference Intake) for period of 8 weeks,then the model of CC14-induced liver injury was set up by intragastric administration.
