Superfine pulverizing, a new type of food producing technology, has gained much attention nowadays.It has been reported that Phellinus baumii pilat can efficiently improve the organism immunity, inhibiting tumor recrudescence and metastasis.We crushed the fruit body of P.baumii by superfine pulverizing technology and investigated the chemical composition and biological activities of crude polysaccharides extracted from P.baumli.
