黑翅土白蚁Odontotermes formosanus(Shiraki)属于社会性昆虫,是为害堤坝、森林、房屋等的重要害虫,在我国主要分布于长江黄河以南的各省市地区。迄今为止,对黑翅土白蚁的研究主要集中于行为和形态等方面,分子生物学方面的研究还鲜有涉及。本研究利用illumina高通量测序技术对黑翅土白蚁头部转录组进行测序和数据分析及挖掘。通过测序,我们获得116 885条Unigene序列信息,通过对序列信息的分析,30 646(26.22%)、10 409(8.9%)、19 611(16.8%)条Unigene分别在NCBI、GO、KEGG
Black-winged termites Odontotermes formosanus (Shiraki) is a social insects, is an important pest damage dams, forests, houses, etc., mainly distributed in various provinces and cities in the south of the Yellow River in China. So far, the research on black-winged termites has mainly focused on behavior and morphology, and the research in molecular biology is seldom involved.
