Our daily practice among community population revealed poor awareness of special categories of the public to critical issues of reproductive and sexual health.Some of the attributed factors related to complex social and religious barriers.Field study among special groups revealed the weaken areas need to strength as young secotre.Teaching reproductive and sexual health remains hard to touch even from away, so health service providers need to tackle such issues strongly and teach the public sectors the critical issues that would be reflected on the whole community health.A novel approaches introduced to the policy makers and community managers to raise the level of awareness to reproductive health.
