宁夏伊斯兰国际信托投资有限公司破产重整属于《破产法》实施后我国首例非银行金融机构破产重整,对信托业的改制发展具有重要意义。尤其在国务院正在制定的《金融机构破产条例》的背景下,对该案例的梳理研究,不仅对《金融机构破产条例》立法具有参考价值,而且对我国信托业、非银行金融业乃至对我国金融业的监管、规范都将具有一定的示范效应。
