　　The Infrared Hyperspectral Atmospheric Sounder (IHAS) is a primary payload of Chinese new generation polar-orbit meteorological satellites.It is devoted to measure the atmospheres emittance from which the temperature and moisture of the atmosphere can be deduced as well as information about carbon monoxide and methane.
