基于Mimics软件精确测量颈椎OPLL骨化物容积的临床研究

目的探讨一种基于CT图像，使用Mimics软件量化颈椎后纵韧带骨化(OPLL)容积方法的可行性，并将测量结果与传统X线测量法进行比较。方法选取于我院2008年2月至2011年12月在门诊接受非手术治疗的34例颈椎OPLL患者，所有患者均至少先后两次同时接受颈椎侧位X线和CT平扫检查。

人工全髋关节置换术在治疗化脓性髋关节炎中的应用

依托考昔与塞来昔布在腰椎后路内固定术围手术期镇痛的疗效对比分析

目的 观察依托考昔与塞来昔布在腰椎后路内固定术围手术期镇痛的疗效并进行对比分析.方法 将需行腰椎后路内固定手术的患者120例随机分为A、B、C三组,所有患者均无重度胃溃疡出血病史.A组予术前12小时口服依托考昔60mg,术后当天口服依托考昔60mg,术后1-4天口服依托考昔60mg,每日2次.
