和兴仓库改建工程为2010年上海世博会庆典广场项目中重要组成部分。结合建筑改建方案,通过对保留混凝土结构增加钢结构人字撑,增加了抗侧力构件,改善了原结构体系。并将新建钢结构作为老结构的抗侧力体系之一,加强了房屋整体抗震性能,增加了抗震设防防线;同时对原始混凝土框架柱柱脚采用最新的高强钢绞线网-聚合物砂浆面层加固方法进行加固,提高了柱及框架节点的抗剪承载力,保证了结构的安全。
