This article reported a case of facial deformation caused by scarring of the entire face after burn injury.In this case,the facial deformation include tissue deficits and ectropion of the upper and lower eyelids,circumoral contraction of mouth,nasal deformities,eyebrow defect,severe neck scar causing contracture.
