碳纳米管因其具有优良的场致发射特性,是比较理想的冷阴极材料。本文基于原有实验结果,利用三维粒子模拟软件对大面积碳纳米管冷阴极三级结构发射特性进行了仿真研究,分析了六边形网孔下不同网孔尺寸对碳纳米管冷阴极场致发射特性的影响。具体通过计算冷阴极表面电场分布及场致发射电子注的通过率,并进行数据对比,得到了六边形栅网的最佳尺寸,为下一步研究碳纳米管冷阴极场致发射电真空器件奠定了基础。
