中空纤维纳滤膜产业化技术与应用

纳滤膜是介于超滤与反渗透之间，用于脱除多价离子和分子量大于200的有机物的半透膜，也是近年来发展较快的膜品种。膜天膜采用界面聚合的方法成功开发了中空纤维纳滤膜，并进行了产业化开发，目前己进入实施阶段。本文对中空纤维纳滤膜的市场定位，应用领域及技术优势进行了详细的分析，并对产业化中的关键参数的选择，如聚合促进剂，质子吸收剂，有机相浓度、溶剂、聚合时间，进行了介绍。
