Heparin sodium is one of main exporting medicines of our country,and serves as anticoagulant,antithrombuand,antiatherosclerosis in clinic.Heparin sodium mainly exists in yaks lung by the form of mucopolysaccharide-protein compounds.The yaks lung was dissolved using toluene-denaturation and enzymolysis,respectively.The experimental results indicated that the later method had higher production rate and the waste could be recycled; Afterwards,heparin sodium was purified using hydrogen peroxide twice oxidation joined step by step.Its potency was determined by Azure A color method.The optimum extracting condition obtained by L9(43) orthogonal experiment were papayin 1:500,enzymolysis time 3 hours,trysin 1∶50,hydrogen peroxide 1∶100.Its potency was 115U/mg at the production rate of 1.92%.
