Creative teaching methods always play an important role in the teaching of university aerobics, so its necessary to get rid of the traditional pattern of aerobic teaching.On the basis of teaching fundamental knowledge and techniques, the teachers should also cultivate university students awareness of creativity and the abilities of self-study, thereby arousing their creative spirit and urging progress in aerobics.This article mainly study four different aspects which are fostering the teachers attitude to teach aerobics creatively, creative teaching methods of university aerobics, passing creative techniques in aerobics on the students and fostering creative thinking among students to learn aerobics.
