随着低空、快速、远程进攻的新型导弹武器装备的不断研制生产,其试验鉴定任务难度也随之加大.光电测量系统作为靶场测控网的主要组成部分,攸好试验前的光测系统试验效能评估能提高整个测控网协同工作完成试验任务的能力,降低试验消耗.针时光电测量系统自身特点及靶场实际应用情况,选择运用WSELAC 法、层次分析法与专家评分法相结合的综合评价方法建立评估模型,对光电测量系统试验效能进行综合评价,使用数学形式反映出光测系统实际试验状况.
