目的:探讨马蓝种质资源在分子水平上的遗传多样性。方法:利用随机扩增多态性DNA技术(RAPD)对收集到的不同居群马蓝资源进行分析。结果:从104条10个碱基的随机引物筛选出有差异的有效引物,筛选出的12条有效引物,扩增共获得422条DNA带,多态性程度为55.69%。聚类分析表明,马蓝种质资源的遗传差异与地理位置无密切联系,而与形态特征有一定联系,但并不十分紧密。结论:不同自然居群的马蓝资源在分子水平上存在着较明显的遗传差异。
Objective: To explore the genetic diversity of the germplasm resources of Marigold at the molecular level. Methods: Randomly amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) was used to analyze the genetic diversity of wild horses. Results: A total of 422 DNA bands were amplified by PCR from 104 10-bp random primers and 12 valid primers were screened. The degree of polymorphism was 55.69%. Cluster analysis showed that the genetic diversity of the germplasm resources of Marge not closely related to the geographical location, but with a certain relationship with the morphological characteristics, but not very close. Conclusion: There are obvious genetic differences at the molecular level between horse natural resources of different natural populations.
