一种特殊橡胶在汽车扭力梁铰接的应用研究

研究一种杜仲橡胶(TPI)与天然橡胶(NR)共混硫化胶性能及其在汽车减振制品扭力梁铰接中的应用。结果表明，在原天然橡胶体系中并用少量杜仲橡胶，可以在保持原胶料物理性能基本不变的情况下，大幅提高天然橡胶的伸张疲劳性能、耐屈挠性能和动态力学性能，并且能够显著改善汽车扭力梁铰接的耐疲劳性能，在汽车减振橡胶件的应用前景令人期待。

齿轮渗碳不均及表面挂彩的对策分析

本文主要介绍我司汽车变速器齿轮渗碳淬火、渗碳不均及表面挂彩的课题。分析验证结果表明，齿轮表面覆盖热前切削液等残留物，因工艺设备的特殊性，炉内无法烧损并阻碍渗碳。通过分析验证采取成本最优的对策，即试验选择不阻碍渗碳的新型切削液，解决此问题。

干式离合器铜基和纸基摩擦材料摩擦性能分析

铜基和纸基是干式离合器常用的摩擦材料,针对摩擦副局部接触状态以及摩擦材料特性制定加载工况,利用摩擦磨损试验机UMT-5进行销-盘试验,分析铜基、纸基两种摩擦材料的干摩擦性能差异.结果表明：铜基摩擦材料随着面压的升高,摩擦系数呈线性减小,纸基摩擦材料在面压低于2.8MPa时,摩擦系数大体呈线性增加,当面压为4.2MPa时,摩擦系数迅速减小到0.058；相对速度对铜基摩擦系数的影响较小,纸基摩擦系数在
