目的：探讨国产透视触发法三维对增强磁共振血管成像技术及其在诊断肾动脉狭窄中的临床应用价值。方法：对12例疑似有肾动脉狭窄的患者，行肾动脉3D CE-MRA检查，所得原始图像输入工作站进行后处理，最终获得肾动脉MIR和MRVR重建图像。
