Objective To investigate the gene frequency and distribution of human platelet antigen (HPA) in North Han population. Establish a blood donor team with negative HPA-1a, -2a, -4a, -5a, -6a and known HPA antigens. Methods A total of 172 venous blood samples from 172 volunteers in Changchun were randomly selected for DNA extraction. Gene quantification of DNA concentration and purity.
