地震作用下带转换层的高层建筑结构受力复杂,容易形成薄弱层。本文针对某一带转换层的高层建筑结构采用合理的转换层结构布置,通过两种三维有限元程序进行整体对比分析及弹性时程分析、转换构件的应力有限元分析,并加强相关构件的构造措施;同时进行了静力弹塑性(Pushover)分析,通过性能点以及出铰情况,对其抗震性能进行分析,综合评价了该结构的抗震性能,找出了结构的薄弱部位,为工程师设计此类结构提供一定指导。
Under the action of earthquake, the high-rise building with conversion layer has complex forces and easily forms a weak layer. In this paper, a reasonable conversion layer structure layout for a high-rise building with a conversion layer is adopted. Through two kinds of three-dimensional finite element program for overall comparative analysis and elastic time-history analysis, the stress finite element analysis of the components is converted and the construction measures of the related components are strengthened At the same time, the static pushover analysis is carried out.
