本文对中原油田石化总厂蒸汽、凝结水、低温热系统的组成与运行现状进行了概括叙述,对以上系统存在的问题以及节能潜力进行了较为详细的分析,根据用能三环节理论针对存在的问题提出了加强操作管理,减少工艺用汽,改造低温热系统、进行凝结水密闭回收、系统管网优化等一系列节能改进建议,对降低全厂蒸汽消耗,实现全厂能耗达标具有积极意义,同时也可作为其他炼厂蒸汽及低温热系统改进的借鉴。
This paper gives a general description of the composition and operation status of steam, condensate and low temperature thermal system in Zhongyuan Oilfield Petrochemical Plant. The problems of the above system and the potential of energy saving are analyzed in detail. According to the three links theory, Problems A series of proposals on energy conservation such as strengthening operation management, reducing process steam, reforming low-temperature heat system, airtight condensate recovery, and system pipe network optimization are put forward, which have positive significance to reduce the steam consumption of the entire plant and achieve the energy consumption standard of the whole plant , But also as a reference for other refinery steam and low temperature thermal system improvement.
