Based on the data of 947 graduating students in Yangzhou University, This paper applied descriptive statistics to analyses the entrepreneurial behavior of University graduating students.The result shown that the entrepreneurial motivation of graduates was positive and optimistic; Lack of experience was still the main factors to restrict the entrepreneurship of University graduating students; the graduates career-selection attitude had changed a lot, and had a strong identity to self-employed, etc.
