The source term caused by activated corrosion products(ACPs)is an important radiation hazard in water-cooled fusion reactor,which directly determines the occupational radiation exposure during operation and maintenance.Different materials have different element composition and corrosion rate,which leads to different composition and radioactivity of ACPs in the cooling loops.In this paper,the impact of several optional materials,SS316,CNS-1,SCRAM-9,CLAM,T91,et al.,on ACPs source term in the water-cooled blanket loop of ITER and CFETR was analyzed,which was based on the data from material corrosion experiment and the self-developed ACPs analysis program CATE.As a result,the recommended material was given from the view of ACPs reduction.The work of this paper provides a direct data support to the material selection and radiation protect of ITER and CFETR.
