Objective:To analyze the death causes and clinical characteristics of 12 dermatomyositis(DM)patients with interstitial lung disease(ILD)onset.Methods:33 DM patients with ILD onset were divided into non-survival group(n=12)and survival group(n=21).By collecting the clinical data of these DM patients with ILD onset,clinical manifestations,laboratory and iconography aspect were compared between two groups.
