The generation of anomalous collision rate and resistivity by Langrniur waves is investigated.A general expression involving Langrniur spectral energy density is used to estimate the effective collision frequency [1].Considering the physical conditions of laser-plasma near the critical surface, the rate of anomalous resistivity to effective "classical" resistivity is obtained. It is shown that the anomalous resistivity is more three orders of magnitude larger than the effective "classical" resistivity. The anomalous resistivity based on such collision rate could be significant for magnetic reconnection and heating of laser-plasma[2,3].
