Drought is one of the important factors influencing rapeseed yield and quality.Recombinant inbred line(RIL)population of Brassica napus L.was derived from the cross of female parent 36-Ai and male parent Kelina-2.Genetic linkage map was constructed using 138 F2:4 lines of RIL population and 1839 pairs SSR marker, which contained 15 linkage groups with covering 762.95 cM in total and an average distance of 6.25 cM.Composite interval mapping was applied to identify quantitative trait loci(QTL)associated with drought tolerance traits at seedling stage, which contain chlorophyll content, soluble sugar content, malondialdehyde content, relative water content, leaf water retention and their drought tolerance coefficients.Eight QTLs were found with single lucas to explain the phenotypic variance ranging from 6.6%to 12.4%,distributed in 1,3,5 and 12 linkage groups.Over-lapping region of QTLs in chlorophyll content and leaf water retention was observed in linkage 5.
