Aim: Alzheimers disease (AD) is a multifactorial complex disease.The failure of recent development of AD therapeutic agents in clinical trials is partly due to their single-target effect.The purpose of the present study was to investigate tetrahydroxy-stilbene glucoside (TSG), which was extracted from Polygonum multiflorum, on multiple targets of AD.
