Biologically active molecules play essentials role in cellular processes.However,due to their extremely low concentration and very short life,it is difficult to accurately monitor these active molecules in live cells and in vivo.Therefore,based on specific recognition reactions,we have constructed a series of new fluorescent probes that have characteristics of high ultra-high sensitivity and reversibility,and developed new principles and methods for real-time and in situ fluorescence imaging of intracellular reactive molecules,such as superoxide anion,and glycoproteins,and give new insight into the regulation of their cell functions.
