建立一个满足工程精度要求、反映储罐动力特性的有限元模型是进行损伤识别第一步。针对储罐结构的动力模型修正问题,将地基模拟为三维弹性支撑,建立了动力参数非线性优化识别模型,根据试验实测的模态数据,采用有限元优化方法对储罐结构物理参数和地基参数进行了模型修正,识别得到的模态计算值与测试值符合良好,分析结果为储罐结构的损伤识别和安全监测工作提供了一定的依据。
Establishing a finite element model that meets the requirements of engineering accuracy and reflects the dynamic characteristics of a tank is the first step in damage identification. Aiming at the problem of dynamic model modification of tank structure, the foundation is simulated as three-dimensional elastic support, and a nonlinear optimization identification model of dynamic parameters is established. According to the experimental modal data, the physical and structural parameters of tank structure The modal correction was carried out. The calculated modal values were in good agreement with the test values. The analysis results provided some evidences for the damage identification and safety monitoring of the tank structure.
