2002年底,朱仙镇木版年画的抢救工作作为中国民间文化遗产抢救工程的龙头全面启动,2006年,木版年画被列为首批国家级非物质文化遗产,由精英知识分子掀起的这场“抢救工程”上升为国家权力主导的“文化运动”。在这10年中,朱仙镇木版年画由实用的年俗物品迅速演变为收藏欣赏的文化艺术品,政府、知识分子、媒体、艺人、经纪人、社会受众等各个主体共同但不均质地构建了朱仙镇木版年画民俗文化的外价值,这种外价值反作用于年画民俗的内价值,对内价值一定程度上的动态重构,形成了新语境下的木版年画“民俗”。基于对朱仙镇木版年画近十年发展变迁的田野研究,本文将重点探讨作为非物质文化遗产的年画民俗的外价值的形成过程及其对内价值的反作用,以及内价值的变迁,同时兼及非物质文化遗产的一些其他问题。实际上,作为非物质文化遗产的朱仙镇木版年画已经成了各个权力主体交互影响的权力场域,被动的只是“遗产”本身。

Based on the field research on the development and changes of Zhuxian Town woodblock New Year Pictures in recent ten years, this article will focus on the forming process of the external value of the New Year’s folk custom as the intangible cultural heritage and its reaction to the internal value as well as the change of the internal value, And some other issues of intangible cultural heritage.
