Objective: To establish a new method to expose canines stellate ganglion which increased the success rate of sympathetic nerve atrial fibrillation model by improving the traditional method.Methods: Total animals,28 adult canines,randomly were divided into traditional group and improvement group,14 in each group.Respectively,stellate ganglions separated by two different methods.
