2009年9月23日,处在施工过程中的印度BALCO电厂2号烟囱,在恶劣的暴风雨条件下突然坍塌,造成了严重的人员伤亡和重大经济损失,其事故原因尚未有科学严密的分析.在掌握设计图、施工现场相关记录等资料的基础上,利用有限元方法,分析并模拟了强风荷载作用下烟囱破坏和倒塌过程.分析结果表明,烟囱顶部结构最先破坏(具体为施工平台和烟囱顶部筒壁的局部破坏),顶部结构破坏的跌落体对下部结构撞击,最终导致烟囱整体连续坍塌.该分析结果与现场实际坍塌状况和目击者描述相符合,较科学地阐明了该烟囱坍塌的实际原因.此外,在比较中美两国烟囱设计规范的基础上,结合该烟囱坍塌事故原因分析结果,提出了防止类似烟囱工程事故发生的有关建议.
On September 23, 2009, the No. 2 chimney at BALCO Power Plant in India, collapsed suddenly under severe storm conditions, caused serious casualties and significant economic losses. The cause of the accident has not been scientifically rigorously analyzed. Based on the master drawings and construction site records, the failure and collapse process of the chimney under strong wind load were analyzed and simulated by using the finite element method. The analysis results showed that the chimney top structure was the first to be destroyed (specifically for the construction platform and The local destruction of the top wall of the chimney), the collapse of the top structure impact on the lower structure, eventually leading to the continuous collapse of the chimney.The analysis results consistent with the actual collapse of the scene and the eyewitness description, more scientifically illustrates the collapse of the chimney In addition, based on the comparison of chimney designs between China and the United States, the author puts forward some suggestions to prevent similar chimney accidents from the analysis of the causes of the chimney collapse.
