　　V6O13 mixed valence of V(V)and V(Ⅳ)for Li-ion battery has been synthesized by a hydrothermal method through the reduction of V2O5 by Oxalic acid.The products were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM).Discussing the effect of different concentration of Oxalic acid on the product.Its electrochemical properties were determined by charge-discharge and cyclic voltammetry test.
