Background:Vitiligo is a common acquired skin disorder.The disease manifested as a localized or generalized depigmentation causes a formation of white spots.Vitiligo rarely causes physical discomfort; it is closely related to the patients mental state Due to cosmetic problems,social pressure and brings patients severe psychological problems.Childhood vitiligo is now defined as a special type of Vitiligo.Approximately 50% of patients experience vitiligo before the age of 18,25 % of children experience there onset of vitiligo before the age of 8.
