我国2005年钢铁产量达到3.5亿吨,排出高炉矿渣达到1亿吨。经过多年的努力,我们主要开发了矿渣水泥、混凝土掺和料,少量用于生产矿渣微粉、矿渣纤维、筑路填料等等。这方面的“资源”利用大大减少了占地和环境污染,节约了能源,降低了成本,产生了较好的经济效益和社会效益。但是按照循环经济发展的要求实现矿渣的无害化和资源化,实现最佳的经济效益、环保效益和社会效益,还需要我们加大矿渣利用的研究,特别是在非建材领域的利用研究。 China’s steel output in 2005 reached 350 million tons, blast furnace slag to reach 100 million tons. After years of efforts, we mainly develop slag cement, concrete admixture, a small amount for the production of slag powder, slag fibers, road filling and so on. In this regard, the use of “resources” greatly reduces land occupation and environmental pollution, saves energy, reduces costs and produces better economic and social benefits. However, in accordance with the requirements of the development of circular economy to achieve the innocuous and recycling of slag, to achieve the best economic, environmental and social benefits, we also need to increase the use of slag research, especially in non-building materials research.
