Pain is one of the main symptoms of tumor patients,especially middle-to late-stage cancer patients.It seriously affects the quality of life of patients and anti-cancer treatments.Although pain has been listed as one of the five big vital signs of the human body, the World Health Organization also considers comprehensive planning prevention of cancer pain as one of the four keys for its treatment.However, domestic pain is still not effectively controlled.To achieve the purpose no more pain for cancer patients and improve their quality of life, the greatest degree of humanistic care for patients should be administered.A standardized treatment of cancer pain model ward should be established.In this research,the department established and improved relevant rules and regulations, delineated the division of labor and responsibilities in the wards, strengthened the training and education of the ward staff,and improved internal quality control and assessment.Through the above means, the department established a dynamic evaluation mechanism of cancer pain, enhanced comfort care, perfected education about cancer pain, and established comprehensive integrated support for cancer patients and their families.Finally,patient awareness on pain treatment and medication adherence increased.Nursing measures and evaluation standards of pain,standardized nursing, improved pain management knowledge and skills of medical staff, and full analgesia treatment for patients with pain improved the level of treatment and care of cancer pain, as well as the quality of life of cancer patients.
