Employee performance appraisal system is really important in human resources management of small and medium-sized enterprises.For complexity and dispersivity of information related to human resources management,an employee performance appraisal system of small and medium enterprises based on multi-agent and MVC mode is proposed.This system can deliver a new idea to improve the service of employee performance appraisal.
