Mutations in chromatin modifying enzymes are the most frequent genetic alterations in nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC).Since epigenetic changes are reversible, understanding of the NPC epigenetic landscape will likely allow us to identify novel therapeutics. Here we used H3K27ac CHIP-seq to define the NPC epigenetic landscapes in primary NPC biopsies,NPC xenographs, and NPC cell line C666-1,and compared them to immortalized normal nasopharyngeal or oral epithelial cells.
