提出了平板热管均热器与热沉一体化设计的新思路,加工了交叉孔道式一体化平板热管并进行了实验研究。这种与热沉一体化设计的新型平板热管能有效降低导热热阻,完全消除了均热器与热沉间的接触热阻。对不同热流密度下热管工作时的稳态温度进行测试,比较了一体化平板热管和其他传统结构热管的热阻值,验证了该热管良好的性能。
A new idea of integration design of flat heat pipe heat sink and heat sink is put forward. The cross-hole integrated flat heat pipe is processed and experimentally studied. This heat sink integrated heat pipe design of the new flat heat pipe can effectively reduce the heat conduction resistance, completely eliminate the contact between the heat sink and thermal resistance. The steady-state temperature of the heat pipe under different heat flux density was tested, and the thermal resistance of the integrated heat pipe and other conventional heat pipes was compared to verify the good performance of the heat pipe.
