实验研究了抽运源抽运波长对激光器输出功率的影响。当抽运源的抽运波长为808 nm时,单频1064 nm激光的输出功率最高只有20 W,而当抽运源的抽运波长为888 nm时,单频1064 nm激光的输出功率可以提升至33.7 W。通过在腔内插入倍频晶体引入非线性损耗,激光器实现了稳定的单纵模运转。激光器的长期功率稳定性优于±0.51%,M2因子优于1.1。
The effect of pumping source pumping wavelength on laser output power was experimentally studied. When the pumping wavelength of the pumping source is 808 nm, the output power of the single-frequency 1064 nm laser is only 20 W at the maximum, and when the pumping wavelength of the pumping source is 888 nm, the output power of the single-frequency 1064 nm laser can be increased To 33.7 W. By inserting a frequency doubling crystal into the cavity to introduce non-linear losses, the laser achieves stable single longitudinal mode operation. Long-term laser power stability is better than ± 0.51%, M2 factor better than 1.1.
