　　In this paper, a numerical analysis was conducted to explore the flows structure adjacent to rough walls and the influence of roughness on flow behavior and heat transfer characteristics in rectangle microchannels.Both the width and height of the channels were 0.4mm and the length of channels were 97.5mm.Two models have been implemented by using the numerical simulation software of FLUENT.
